The summer of 2015 is turning out to be a blockbuster season for VFX films. Two of these films, Jurrasic World and Terminator Genesis are directed descendants of pioneering work done by Drexel’s own John Berton, a professor for our Digital Media department’s Animation and Visual Effects program. Philadelphia Inquirer staff writer Molly Eichel interviewed professor Berton about the impact of the original films and how they are reflected in today’s sequels.
