Join us at 2pm on Friday, November 4 in the LeBow GHALL 032 Auditorium for a visit by Moana Characters Art Director BILL SCHWAB.

BILL SCHWAB (Art Director of Characters) was responsible for setting the style of the characters for the film, as well as designing the lead characters. Schwab served as character designer for 2016’s hit feature “Zootopia.” He was character design supervisor for 2013’s Oscar®-winning feature “Frozen” and 2012’s Oscar®-nominated feature “Wreck-It Ralph.” Schwab also worked as a character designer for “Gnomeo & Juliet,” “Prep & Landing,” “Tangled” and “Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice.”
Schwab has been nominated for four Annie Awards, winning for his work on both “Prep & Landing” projects. He won an Emmy® for his work on “Prep & Landing: Naughty vs. Nice.” Prior to joining Disney, Schwab was a character designer for Cartoon Network, DreamWorks Animation, Nickelodeon, MTV and Warner Bros. He attended Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, majoring in illustration.
