The ACE Lab will present the 2006 Movie I, Robot on Thursday evening, 4 December 2014 at 7pm in URBN 239.
The movie will be introduced by Assistant Professor John Berton who served as Digital Visual Effects Supervisor for the movie during photography in Vancouver, Toronto and Chicago and in post-production in Los Angeles and New Zealand.
Professor Berton will show examples of how miniature photography, on location reference and CGI were blended to create environments, effects and characters in I, Robot.
