Drexel University’s Virtual Reality Club
The DUVR club’s mission is to demonstrate and develop virtual reality technology. We host regular events to showcase the latest VR hardware, and software. Our goal is to build a community of VR developers at Drexel; in pursuit of this goal, we strive to provide access to development resources.

VR Club: First Winter Term Meeting
Welcome back! Join us for our first winter term meeting.
We’ll be discussing opportunities to get involved with the club and also play with Oculus’ fantastic Touch controllers.

Come by to try the VIve and meet with groups who are working on VR projects. We will be discussing the upcoming Winter Showcase!
Senior Project Playtest: Shadow Circuit
Senior Project team Shadow Circuit will be showcasing and early build of their HTC Vive game.
Storyboarding for VR
We will be discussing storyboarding for VR and AR apps. We will also try out the new Google Earth VR App on the Vive
Demos & Core Mechanic Proposals
Join us to present and critique the core mechanic of your proposed VR or AR application.
Idea Pitch & Team Formation
Join us for a series of lightning “idea pitches”, after which all in attendance will be able to go chat with the members who pitched ideas, to form teams.
Try & Critique – Hololens/Vive
We are going hands-on with top rated Hololens and Vive experiences to see what works well and what doesn’t.
