POSITION: Webmaster
COMPANY: Allied Resources
LOCATION: Exton, PA area
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Webmaster position will be responsible for updating site content across many clients. There are a large number of updates to make to these sites each month: new banner ads, specials, and other content. The Webmaster must take ownership of the changes and work well with other internally and externally.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Previous experience with updating images, text, and other content on web sites
- Working knowledge of FTP clients like Filezilla required
- Any experience with WordPress or OpenCart a plus
- Basic SEO & Google Analytics background and knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel) and Adobe (Photoshop) Software
- Solid communication and customer service skills- Must be Team Player!
- Exceptional attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure websites are up to date and contain accurate information
- Work with all internal departments and external clients to identify required updates or solutions
- Document required revisions to existing websites
- Organize and prioritize work based on established deadlines
- Resolve all technical internet issues as they arise
- Track all time applied to updates accurately
EXPERIENCE:
- An Associate’s Degree in a web-related field (web design, web development, interactive marketing) and/or Web Development related certification
- 1 years of webmaster, web design or web development experience and/or internship experience
