Citizen As User: How Civic Technology Can Solve City Problems and Design Thinking Can Help

Corey Acri, Code for Philly’s Director of Collaborations, will discuss how civic technology contributes to the overall design of the cities we live in with a focus on the citizen as user. He will review some of Code for Philly’s recent civic technology efforts, including CyclePhilly, and why design thinking, both at the product and organizational level, might help them achieve a greater impact.
