Michael G Wagner is Professor and Department Head of Digital Media.
The Department of Digital Media welcomes the first students of our new doctoral program in Digital Media. Chelsea Myers, Kenneth Chen and Robert Gray started their doctoral studies with the start of the 2015/16 Winter term on January 4th, 2016. The Digital Media PhD program builds upon the Department of Digital Media’s master’s program and our undergraduate programs in Game Art & Production, Animation & Visual Effects and Interactive Digital Media. It focuses on translational research in a diverse range of areas including artificial intelligence, serious gaming, augmented reality, and interactivity.
